Learning to meditate is super easy and enjoyable with the correct guidance from an experienced teacher.
All that is required, is the willingness to learn, an open mind and a modicum of commitment to attend three approximately 90 minute sessions on consecutive days to learn, practice and familiarise yourself with the Zenergie Meditation technique.
Then 1-2 weeks after the initial course there is a 1 hour checking session , just to make sure you are still on track and getting the most from your practice.
On completion of this short course you will be completely self sufficient to benefit from this totally natural and empowering technique for the rest of your days, without being reliant on teachers, classes, recordings, gizmo's, gadgets or any kind of technology- Which is the whole point right? That's why its "Self Empowering".

The course fee based on one to one tuition is £350 and is payable in advance.
Small group sessions are available at a reduced rate of £220 per person
(Approx 2-10 people)
The course structure is totally flexible and can be adapted to fit busy schedules, and 1-1 tuition is also available via Skype.
Corporate, business and workplace rates are available on request and tuition is possible anyhere other than the UK providing expenses are met.
